"I started out in the avionics industry over 22 years ago back in the UK. 

My career has taken me from working in the UK, Holland, Australia and now New Zealand, for the likes of Bristow Helicopters, Mann Aviation, Gama Aviation and Field Air Australia working on a vast spectrum of both fixed and rotary wing aircraft. 

 

I moved to NZ in October 2018 with my wife who is originally from the area." 

 

Simon joined the team in September 2019 and quickly gained his NZ license with Airplane and Electrical Group 1 ratings and Group 3 Radio maintenance approval. He also has CASA B1.1, B1.2 Airframe license with electrical exclusions removed. This allows him to certify all of our required avionics work & installations. His English heritage means he'll only be too happy to have a cup of tea with you to discuss any work you require.
